These terms cover live futures data on ZoroCharts (the Live Futures Data add-on, your own Rithmic connection, or access we approve). They sit alongside our Terms & Risk Disclosure. Education only. Not financial advice.
1. Personal, non-commercial use only
You may use market data for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it for a business, for a firm or employer, or for anyone other than yourself.
2. Non-professional subscribers only
Live data is sold to non-professional users only. You are not a non-professional if you are registered or licensed with a securities or futures regulator, use the data for a business, firm or employer, act as an investment adviser, trade or manage money for others, or redistribute or publish market data.
3. No redistribution or sharing
Do not redistribute, publish, share or record market data for resale. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your access.
4. Data is provided as is
Data comes from third-party sources and exchanges. It is provided “as is” and may be delayed, interrupted or wrong. We do not guarantee uptime.
5. Not investment advice
Market data is not investment advice. Trading futures carries a risk of loss, and you can lose more than you expect.
6. Liability
TradeZoro and its data providers are not liable for losses caused by data errors, delays or outages.
7. Suspension
We may suspend your access to live data if you misuse it, or if a data provider or exchange requires us to.
8. Professional users
If you are a professional user, you cannot buy live data online. Please contact support (Help, then New support ticket).
9. Changes
An exchange or data provider can change the terms that apply to this data, and we may update these terms to match. If the terms change, we will ask you to accept the new version.
