How to read this page. US public records, for context — not trade signals. Congressional trades can be filed up to 45 days after the transaction; insider filings (SEC Forms 3/4/5) usually land within two business days. "BUY" from a politician's spouse in a structured note is not the same information as a CEO buying their own stock with cash — always open the official filing before drawing conclusions.
Data: market-trackers-data (public domain, CC0), parsed from SEC EDGAR, Senate eFD, and House Clerk records. Refreshed daily.
