Creator Rules

Last updated: 30 October 2026.

These rules apply to everyone who starts a community, sells an indicator or course, or posts as a creator on TradeZoro Creator Hub. They sit on top of the TradeZoro Terms & Risk Disclosure. If the two clash, the stricter rule applies.

1. Who can be a creator

  • You must be at least 18 years old (same as the main Terms).
  • You must be signed in with your own account. One person, one account. No impersonating someone else or a known brand.
  • You must give us true details (name, email, and later payout details).
  • You are responsible for everything that happens in your community and on your products.

2. What you may not post or sell

No guaranteed results.

  • Do not promise profits, income, or a win rate.
  • Do not call anything "risk-free", "guaranteed", "can't lose" or "passive income".
  • Do not suggest members will pass a prop-firm challenge or get funded by following you.

Results must be real.

  • If you show a profit, loss, win rate or payout, it must be your own, real, and not cut to look better. Show the period and the account type (live, demo, or backtest).
  • Backtests and simulations must be labelled as such. They are not real trading.
  • Do not hide losing trades or cherry-pick the best days.

No fake proof.

  • No made-up or paid-for testimonials, reviews or screenshots.
  • No edited screenshots, fake payout certificates or fake account statements.
  • No fake member counts or fake "sold out" messages.

No stolen or copied material.

  • Post only what you made yourself or have written permission to use.
  • No leaked, cracked, copied or resold courses, indicators, scripts or videos. That includes other people's Pine indicators and other people's courses.
  • No copying TradeZoro's paid chapter text or other TradeZoro paid content.

No trade signals or bots on TradeZoro.

  • TradeZoro has no order or trade-execution features. Do not run, sell or promote bots, copy-trading or auto-trading that place trades through TradeZoro.
  • You may share your own market analysis and ideas as education. Do not present them as personal advice to a member.

No harmful content.

  • No harassment, bullying, threats or hate towards any person or group.
  • No adult or sexual content. No graphic violence.
  • No spam, scams, pyramid or "recruit to earn" schemes, or misleading links.
  • No content that breaks the law.

Keep members safe.

  • Never ask members for their broker, exchange or prop-firm passwords, API keys, or one-time codes. Never ask them to share a login.
  • Do not collect more personal data than you need.
  • Do not pressure members to deposit money with a broker or to send money outside TradeZoro.

3. Tell members about money you earn from them

If you earn from a link or relationship, say so clearly, next to the link, before the member clicks. This covers:

  • affiliate or referral links (brokers, prop firms, tools, other courses);
  • discount codes where you get paid;
  • partnerships, sponsorships, or free accounts from a prop firm or broker.

Use plain words, for example: "I earn a commission if you buy through this link." A tiny footnote does not count.

4. Your content, and what you allow us to do with it

  • You keep ownership of the content you create.
  • You give TradeZoro a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, display, and play your content on and around TradeZoro (for example in search, previews, and notifications), so the service can work. The licence is for running and promoting the platform and Creator Hub. It ends when you delete the content, except for backups and copies already shared with members who bought it.
  • Indicator code: we take reasonable steps to keep it private, but we cannot promise it can never be copied.
  • You promise you have the right to post what you post.

5. What we may do

TradeZoro may, at our discretion and without notice where needed to protect members or the platform:

  • remove or hide content;
  • pause sales, or suspend or close a community or creator account;
  • hold back or reverse payouts connected to rule-breaking (once payouts exist);
  • contact you, or tell members, about what happened.

We do not check every post. Not removing something does not mean we approve it. TradeZoro does not verify or endorse any creator, strategy or result.

6. Reporting

  • Anyone can report a community, product or post with the Report button, or by emailing [email protected].
  • Please include a link and what is wrong. For copyright, include what was copied and where the original is.
  • We review reports as soon as we can.
  • We may remove content while we look into it.

7. Appeals

  • If we remove something or suspend you, we will tell you which rule we think you broke, where we can.
  • You can appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days. Tell us why you think we got it wrong.
  • A different team member reviews the appeal where possible. We will reply with a decision. Our decision on an appeal is final, except as the law allows.
  • Serious cases (for example scams, illegal content, or threats) may be closed with no appeal.

8. Changes

We may update these rules. We will show the new date at the top. If you keep using Creator Hub after a change, you accept it.
